ABOUT ADU MAVENS
ADU Mavens is a Maven Associates company serving Los Angeles County homeowners. We connect planning, design, permit coordination and construction so your decisions support the whole project.
Led by Koko Kledjian, our approach begins with your goals and the realities of your property. We discuss how the space will be used, review design priorities and work toward an agreed scope.
A useful project plan connects layout, site conditions, finish selections and budget expectations.
Planning, design, agency review and construction are connected stages. We help organize the agreed services and keep the next steps clear.
